How much do we make?
Generally speaking, you will make 10-30% of the price of the item back to your school. Each item has a different amount, but most schools will enjoy a 20% profit to boost your fundraising dollars. As our catalogs have some opportunity for customization, you can maximize your profits.
How much work will this be?
We hope this will be easy! We endeavor to make our fundraising easy for you to do, packaging up the orders as easily identifiable as we can.
What customizing is suggested?
There are several places that customizing is suggested.
- On page 1 of our catalog, in the lower left hand corner, is a box where you can feature something in your campaign. This allows you to have a “deal” or specifically point your parents to a particular purchase.
- If you disagree with an item that you don’t want, just have us swap it out for another item that suits your school population better.
- In the yellow headers at the top, you can customize as you with. A school logo, a message for parents, the reason for your fundraising, or any other messages.
How long for us to receive the orders?
If you are doing a big campaign, you will have it back in 3 weeks.
The ongoing campaigns will ship weekly.
FUNDRAISING OPTION #1 - THE TRADITIONAL
FUNDRAISE IN A TIME DEADLINE
If you choose to do this option, then you would have a “start date” and an “end date” for the fundraising.
You would take payment, and tallyup what is required. One order is sent to our offices.
All products are sent to your school for distribution.
Note that our catalog is CUSTOMIZABLE to the needs for your school.
FUNDRAISING OPTION #2 - THE ONGOING "HANDS OFF" APPROACH
FUNDRAISE ALL YEAR LONG
Our website allows us to setup a special link that is just for your school. This link identifies your school uniquely and it looks like this:
We provide you with a flyer 3x per year, and you forward it to your parents. When they use that link provided and shop on our website, your school is automatically credited for their purchase.
These are smaller “mini” campaigns.
Shipping happens once per week and is shipped to your school for distribution.
FUNDRAISING OPTION #3 - CHRISTMAS MARKETS
FUNDRAISE FOR ONLY A DAY OR TWO
Many schools and small communities hold “Markets”, or have local markets in their area. This is especially true at Christmas time!
We help your school custom design 15-20 products that you have on hand and can sell. This can be in your school during lunch hours / after school or at local markets.
This is a perfect way to let kids shop for their parents!
You will be supplied with an inventory to carry, and you can return anything unopened for a full refund.
